Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Darwin Escapes.

This is a seasonal position that requires flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Taking food and drink orders and serving beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Assisting with clearing and resetting tables within the restaurant.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas are always maintained to a high standard.
  • Assisting with the swift collection of glasses and tableware.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
