Food and Beverage Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to contribute to the success of our team at Dundonald Links in Irvine, Ayrshire. This is a seasonal position requiring flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be part of our Front of House team, responsible for taking food and drink orders, assisting with clearing and resetting tables, serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a five-star standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and strong communication skills
  • Assisting with food and drink orders, serving, and clearing tables
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
  • A driving license and ability to drive are essential for this role
