This is a seasonal position to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Taking food and drink orders and serving customers promptly and efficiently.
  • Assisting with clearing and resetting tables within the restaurant.
  • Being responsible for accurate and efficient stock rotation.
  • Managing accurate cash handling using our EPOS system.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard.
  • Assisting with the swift collection of glasses and tableware.

**Requirements**

We are looking for someone with:

  • Similar previous experience in a food and beverage role.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive, as this will be required for resort vehicle use.
