Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Folkestone. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to promote independence and positive outcomes for service users.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit, induct, and supervise a team of care professionals.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including medication audits, quarterly reports, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, empathy, and respect within the service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
