Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the home, ensuring young people receive high levels of emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, and comfortable accommodation.
As a Registered Manager, you'll play a crucial role in building a high-performing team that aligns with the company's core values.
Key responsibilities include providing induction, supervision, and appraisal to ensure staff development and effective communication.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including child protection, health and safety, finance, control, and benefits.

Requirements include a minimum Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Childcare and a commitment to working towards the Level 5.
