About The Role

As a Project Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with our service users and establishing trust
  • Supporting individuals to live independently
  • Encouraging participation in social and leisure activities
  • Providing practical assistance with daily living tasks

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a high level of resilience
  • An asset-based approach to empowering individuals to develop their skills, strengths, and talents
  • Knowledge or experience working with homeless individuals and/or young people
  • Understanding of community resources and organizations that can support our clients
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing work schedule, in line with the needs of the service and team members
