Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for processing new starts and contractual changes on our HR & Payroll System, producing documentation for employees, and providing administrative support for Occupational Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new starts and contractual changes on our HR & Payroll System
  • Produce documentation for employees
  • Provide administrative support for Occupational Health
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Take notes and maintain accurate records
