Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to support our growing e-commerce channel.
  • Act as the key liaison point between our customer, logistics providers, and internal teams.
  • Manage daily order entry onto SAP, ensuring order validity and communicating with customers.
  • Obtain automatic shipping notes and control order release to third-party distributors.
  • Ensure effective communication on specific requirements, including short lead time orders and stock issues.
  • Control customer invoice queries, investigate, and challenge non-compliance issues.
  • Liaise with third-party distributors to obtain evidence for investigations.
  • Work closely with finance and maintain effective communication of stock with account managers.
  • Support colleagues within the customer service team, including backup support on Amazon markets and other customers.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain daily interface reports to track deliveries and identify trends.
  • Proactively manage accounts and provide regular reports to local teams.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc reporting as requested.

Requirements:

  • Significant e-commerce customer service experience, especially with Amazon.
  • Digitally competent and confident, with good knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Knowledge of data entry into business systems, including SAP experience.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central system is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards problem-solving, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of relaying information effectively externally and internally.
  • Numerate, confident, and accurate with figures, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively.
  • Strong team work ethic.

Working Hours and Benefits:

37 hours per week, with flexibility outside of core hours. Occasional business travel may be required. We offer a competitive package, including 24 days annual leave, a pension matched up to 9%, discretionary annual bonus, and membership of a health cash plan.
