Communications and Public Affairs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Public Affairs Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our communications strategy and promoting our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote our brand and reputation.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on communications and public affairs matters.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, media representatives, and industry partners.
- Plan and execute communications campaigns to promote our brand and services.
- Develop and maintain a range of communications materials, including press releases, media briefings, and social media content.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to ensure our brand is represented positively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Manage crisis communications and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our communications strategy.
- Proven experience in communications and public affairs, with a strong understanding of stakeholder management and media relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content and messaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and commercially.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- High level of quality, compelling writing, including communication collateral, reports, correspondence, and briefings.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to communications challenges.
