The Executive Assistant Role

This pivotal role focuses on supporting the Group CEO and other executives across multiple geographies, providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of daily executive activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the executive schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
  • Prepare agendas, arrange meeting bookings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other administrative functions.
  • Coordinate and manage company events, conferences, and special projects.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey messaging, build relationships, and represent the company to varied stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analysing complex financial data and making data-driven decisions.
  • High level of accuracy to ensure the integrity of financial information.
  • Expertise in Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a requirement due to significant communication with our offices in the Middle East.
