A Day in the Life

As Senior Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally to gain a global perspective on current operations and identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging data and technology. You will collaborate with teams across Operations, Program Development, Global Tech, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Carrier Management, and Network Planning to develop transformative initiatives.

About the Team

Amazon's ATS team plays a central role in our success, using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as business, operations, or management.
  2. Program Management Experience: Experience in program or project management, with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision making.
  3. Leadership Skills: Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Master's Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field such as business, operations, or management.
  2. Process Improvement Experience: Experience leading process improvements and implementing change management initiatives.
