Assistant Branch Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team in Southampton. As an Assistant Branch Manager - Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Help the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and exceeding performance standards
- Lead by example and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Optimize opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions
- Motivate and support team members to ensure they receive the training and support they need to succeed in their careers

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Lister looking to progress
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A full UK driving license
