Job Summary:

Mayfair Homecare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care branch in Southampton. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold the branch CQC Registration and maintain CQC compliance, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Oversee the managerial overview and day-to-day control of the branch, including the supervision of care coordinators, team leaders, and support staff.
  • Participate in a backup rota, supporting our on-call team to run the service outside of office hours, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of care professionals to maintain branch compliance and provide exceptional care to our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, social care professionals, local authorities, and funding bodies, promoting a culture of collaboration and partnership.
  • Focus on client retention, addressing concerns and enhancing the quality of care to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Promote the growth of the branch, utilizing your initiative and creative ideas to drive business development and expansion.

Requirements:
