Job Title: Branch Manager

We are Travis Perkins, the UK's largest builders merchant, and we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive profitable business growth
  • Manage the full operation of the branch, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Set and achieve sales, margin, and overhead targets to exceed annual operating plan
  • Champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch, promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Commercial acumen and the ability to set and achieve sales, margin, and overhead targets
