Director of Commercial and Union Operations

About the Role
The Director of Commercial and Union Operations is responsible for the strategic direction and effective operational management of the commercial services and facilities, including venues, bars, catering, events, and the fitness centre.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership team, the Director will lead the development of commercial services to deliver exceptional services to our customers and members, maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead a team of commercial professionals to deliver high-quality services to customers and members.
- Manage commercial services and facilities, including venues, bars, catering, events, and the fitness centre.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to develop and implement business strategies.
- Monitor and analyze commercial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of commercial professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze commercial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of commercial services and facilities, including venues, bars, catering, events, and the fitness centre.
