About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Group & Event Sales Executive to join our team at W Edinburgh. As a key member of our sales management team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage banquet event orders and group resumes
  • Enter and maintain guest information in our hotel management system
  • Maintain and update the function space diary to ensure seamless event planning
  • Communicate with guests through various channels to ensure their needs are met
  • Conduct hotel show rounds with prospective and current clients to showcase our facilities and services
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Liaise with our revenue team to obtain bedroom rate quotes and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with our operational beverage and food teams to ensure guest requests are met and exceeded
Requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple events and clients
  • Sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues
  • Previous experience working in the five-star, luxury hotel and/or events market
  • A positive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
