Revenue Assistant Job Description

Roxwell Talent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Assistant to join our team. As a Revenue Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the revenue team in processing invoices, managing debt collection, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process a high volume of invoices each month according to established procedures and ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Manage debt collection by following up with clients and escalating issues to revenue controllers and management as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to ensure accurate and timely recording of all relevant information related to unpaid invoices.
  • Support revenue controllers and keep the revenue coordinator and head of revenue team informed of all issues and concerns.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a revenue assistant, biller, or credit controller role in a professional services environment.
  • A-Level standard or equivalent, with a strong interest in furthering education, such as studying AAT.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with experience of liaising with clients, partners, fee-earners, secretaries, and finance colleagues.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, able to motivate and support colleagues.
  • High level of numeracy and a good understanding of financial workings.
  • Experience of legal systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Good keyboard skills and competence in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
