About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team at Sopra Steria Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in transforming our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a quality management system that includes risk management and ensures compliance with relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with the Service Lead and Senior Leadership Team to drive business transformation and improve service delivery.
  • Implement risk management processes during both implementation and service phases.
  • Ensure the account runs smoothly by providing administrative and logistical support to the Administration and Management Office.
  • Maintain ISO certifications (ISO 27001 for Information Security, ISO 20000 for Service Management, and ISO 9001 for Quality Management) and be responsible for service delivery in these areas.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the Defence sector and experience with services involving multiple vendors, such as SIAM.
  • Shown experience in implementing quality management systems for complex services.
  • Experience in implementing risk management processes during both implementation and service phases.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000 standards.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £46,000 - £58,000, a £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
