Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

About the Role:

As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be integral to the effective functioning of our supported housing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on safeguarding the well-being of all residents within our facilities, without engaging in personal care tasks. Your duties will encompass facilitating communication with external agencies and managing emergency situations with professionalism. You will also be responsible for maintaining precise incident records and preparing accommodations for incoming residents.

  • Possesses experience in customer service roles

Your Contributions as a Client Support Coordinator:

  • Assist in the development and execution of tailored support and transition plans
  • Participate in risk management strategies and assist in their regular evaluation
  • Motivate clients to reach their objectives and enhance their life skills
  • Support with daily assistance and tenancy-related matters
  • Identify and promote opportunities for education, employment, and training
  • Guide clients to external support services and resources
  • Empower clients for successful transitions in tenancy
  • Facilitate financial independence through budgeting and income maximization
  • Monitor healthcare needs and support clients in managing their medications according to company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate digital records
  • Encourage participation in customer involvement activities
  • Contribute to group engagement sessions

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with new client referrals
  • Supporting housing management functions, including income collection and tenancy assistance
  • Ensuring a safe environment and promptly reporting any issues
  • Preparing accommodations for clients
  • Handling challenging situations with sensitivity and effectiveness
  • Upholding client safety in accordance with safeguarding protocols
  • Building partnerships for comprehensive client support
  • Performing administrative and operational tasks
  • Updating financial records and submitting necessary information
  • Serving as a point of contact for inquiries
