Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced EHCP Coordinator to support the Council in identifying pupils whose needs require specialist provision. As the main point of contact for parents, carers, and young people, you will play a crucial role in the EHC assessment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network with various services, agencies, and providers to gather information and support families in making informed choices.
  • Work with professionals to ensure their knowledge, experience, and relevant assessments inform the EHC plan.
  • Liaise with other services to determine the most appropriate provision to meet individual needs.
  • Support less experienced EHCP Coordinators to drive the service forward.

Requirements:

  • QSW Status, including qualification, Social Work England registration, and completed ASYE.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Right to work in the UK.
