Role Overview:

In this role, you will interact with customers, boost sales, and assist in maintaining the store's operations. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring the efficient operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor, offering product insights and tailored recommendations.
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
  • Ensure store presentation is maintained by organizing products, restocking shelves, and creating promotional displays.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, monitoring stock levels, and managing stock rotation.
  • Address customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Encourage sales initiatives by actively promoting products and supporting in-store promotions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Participate in store opening and closing tasks, including cash handling and security measures.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and uphold high operational standards.
