Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in your store. You will be accountable for achieving business objectives, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
- Manage store budgets, including payroll, inventory, and expenses
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and other store managers to share best practices and drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
