We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Northern School of Contemporary Dance. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and grounds, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the school's buildings and grounds to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and minor works.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with our facilities team to provide a high-quality service, responding to requests and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the satisfactory and cost-effective operation of all site services, including utilities, waste management, and security.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure the best possible service and value for money.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our facilities strategy, working closely with our senior management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
