About the Role

Instructure, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Program Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing marketing programs across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Partner Marketing: Collaborate with in-region partners to execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including ads, email copy, blogs, landing pages, and webinar content, to support marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales enablement materials, such as sales flyers and presentations, to support sales teams.
  • Product Release Notes and Emails: Develop and send product release notes and emails to customers and partners.
  • Events: Plan and execute events, including conferences and trade shows, to showcase Instructure's products and services.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts with event management companies to ensure successful event execution.
  • Lead Collection and Data Entry: Collect and enter lead data into Salesforce to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Demand Generation Campaigns: Execute email, webinar, digital advertising, and direct mail campaigns to drive demand generation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized with great project management skills.
  • Marketing Tools: Expert knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and Zoom Webinars.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to events, approximately 25% of the time.
  • Education: Experience in EdTech highly desired.
  • Problem-Solving: Self-starter and proactive mindset with a passion for building and driving process improvements.
