About the Role

Instructure, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Program Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing marketing programs and campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Partner Marketing: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs, including content creation, event planning, and lead generation.
  • Campaign Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns, including email, digital advertising, and event marketing.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Instructure's products and services.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, email copy, and sales collateral, to support marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, including sales playbooks, sales sheets, and sales presentations, to support sales teams.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars, to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including email marketing, digital advertising, and event marketing, to drive new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on program management, campaign execution, and sales enablement.
  • Skills: Expert-level skills in marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, and CRM systems, such as Salesforce. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
