About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Quay Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the asset finance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand our market share in the plant hire, car and van hire, haulage, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Basic salary of up to £30k + uncapped bonus earnings.
