Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead their CAMHS team in Hertfordshire as the Lead Occupational Therapist.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders in a 24-hour care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Occupational Therapy Service across CAMHS and Adult services, using evidence-based and patient-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
- You will report directly to the Therapy Lead and work autonomously in running the OT department, with a focus on delivering effective treatments and activities to patients.
- You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of individual treatment plans for occupational therapy services, ensuring treatments are delivered through effective application and communication by the Occupational Therapists.
Requirements:
- Experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in a CAMHS setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
