As a Regional Lead Occupational Therapist and Sensory Practitioner, you will be: Providing professional management and leadership for the Occupational therapy service across Yorkshire and the Midlands . Establishing, monitoring and evaluating an effective supervision framework for the Occupational Therapy team and apply processes to manage performance. Supporting recruitment of Occupational Therapy staff across the region Identifying training needs for Occupational therapy staff and participate in the development and delivery of Occupational Therapy CPD opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will need: To be qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist At least 6 years post qualifying experience. Registered with the HCPC and meet the necessary continuing professional development requirements in order to remain on the register.
