Job Summary:

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing hygiene standards, improving quality and yield performance, and nurturing a high-performance workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Cleaning in Place (CIP) protocols to ensure optimal hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and yield performance through effective hygiene practices.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement cost reduction and lean processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and HACCP.
  • Participate in site audits and ensure that the site is always audit-ready for BRC and customer audits.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing a team in a challenging environment.
  • COSHH Trained
  • HACCP Level 2
  • FLT Trained
  • First Aid Trained
  • Fire Marshal
