About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Whinnieknowe Residential Care Home in Nairn. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work a rota, including weekends and evenings
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
