About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to customers to help them maximize their potential and independence
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Support customers in managing their mental health and well-being
  • Offer one-to-one support and promote safety through risk assessments and reviews
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are respected
  • Deliver small group activities to promote recovery and well-being
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and functional literacy and numeracy
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
