We are seeking a Product Owner to guide two feature teams within our Devices Lab, a pivotal area focused on the technology we provide across our organization.
Role Responsibilities
This position is integral to the Windows Physical and Virtual feature teams, responsible for enhancing our technology offerings and improving the overall experience for our colleagues. The key responsibilities include:
- Managing the operations and engineering of Windows client builds, hardware, application delivery, and support for our physical devices.
- Overseeing the continuous deployment of Windows client updates, including security patches and feature enhancements, while collaborating with application owners to ensure readiness.
- Leading the operations and engineering of virtual desktop and application infrastructure.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our transformation, defining how we leverage technology to support our workforce and enhance their skills. Your responsibilities will include:

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Product Owner leading teams with Agile/Scrum methodologies, driving a clear product vision and managing backlogs.
- Strong background in agile development practices and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience in implementing new processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and cross-functional teams to facilitate change.
- Skilled in addressing complex challenges and developing actionable roadmaps.
- Experience in creating a positive team culture that attracts and retains talent.
- Competence in financial planning and budget management.
- Strong influencing abilities to align stakeholders across the organization.
- Proficient in dependency management and resolution strategies.
- Familiarity with Windows Physical or Virtual device management is advantageous.
