We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our Payments team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and managing the Payments backlog for one or multiple agile development squads. This will involve working with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver great solutions and regularly obtaining feedback throughout development.

You will have experience within Payments Services, including Faster Payments, CHAPS, BACS Direct Debit, Card Payments, etc. Experience of working across multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile or SAFe, is desirable.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of payments features that benefit our mortgages and savings customers, and our colleagues. You will work closely with the development team to prioritize and manage the backlog, and ensure that the features are delivered on time and to a high standard.

We offer a competitive annual colleague bonus of up to 12%, hybrid working with 60% of your time at home, matched pension contributions of up to 10%, and 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme of up to 5 days each year.
