Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Recruit Select. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Ledger Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase ledgers, including invoicing and payment runs.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile the company credit card account and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- System Migration: Assist in the migration of invoices to our new system, with training provided.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dynamic and friendly team to achieve our financial goals.
Requirements:
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel skills is a requirement for this role.
- Accounting Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in an accounts department is required.
- Sage Experience: Experience with Sage accounting software would be an advantage.
