Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Recruit Select. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Ledger Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase ledgers, including invoicing and payment runs.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile the company credit card account and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • System Migration: Assist in the migration of invoices to our new system, with training provided.

Requirements:
