Job Title: Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Cluttons LLP. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment of invoices for services across the properties we manage.

The successful candidate will have a high degree of accuracy, great attention to detail, and proficiency in mathematics. They will also be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and have the ability to prioritize workload in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and recording invoices and managing them through Filestore (payment system)
  • Processing invoices and driving approvals to ensure timely payments
  • Requesting statements from contractors when not provided
  • Reconciling accounts to ensure amounts paid reflect services received
  • Answering queries from suppliers, contractors, and colleagues about accounts payable
  • Managing the AP aspect of Filestore to ensure accurate coding of invoices
  • Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process
  • Resolving account issues with colleagues and others
  • Managing debtor balances and creating reports to highlight risk areas
  • Supporting the property team in collecting arrears as needed
