Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Engineer - Cybersecurity & Functional Safety, you will be accountable for ensuring that all electrical and electronic components in our vehicles are adequately fortified against cyber threats that could result in physical, financial, operational, and privacy-related damages, from inception to disposal.
Your Role Includes:
- Formulating and executing the Cybersecurity Strategy for a specific vehicle program while incorporating Type Approval in accordance with CSMS.
- Overseeing the cybersecurity team for your vehicle project, which includes both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring all documentation is comprehensive, including but not limited to TARAs, Cybersecurity Concepts, Vulnerability Assessments, Architecture Design, IV&V, and Cybersecurity Cases.
- Collaborating with our partners to devise innovative cybersecurity measures that consider feasibility, lifecycle usability, and functional safety.
- Initiating subsystem design evaluations as needed to address cybersecurity issues.
- Conducting meetings with suppliers and Technical Partners as necessary, tracking supplier progress against established plans.
- Leading system review, verification, and validation efforts, including functional tests, penetration testing, ISO26262 functional safety assessments, and other evaluations throughout the development lifecycle.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
- Exhibits resilience and cultivates positive working relationships at all organizational levels.
- Experience within an ISO21434 compliant Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS).
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity Governance, Requirements, Compliance (GRC), and mitigation design.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering and software development practices.
