New Business Associate Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Global New Business & Marketing team in London. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth across our global network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the process for RFIs/RFPs/Pitches, ensuring the new business machine runs smoothly, quickly and efficiently.
  • Support on integrated RFI's and pitches across the network.
  • Maintain the New Business library, including RFI submissions, pitch decks and case studies.
  • Manage creative network agency case studies, including managing the library of existing materials and working with the new business team to identify new case studies.
  • Craft credentials decks for client meets and internal decks for leadership meetings, village collaboration meetings and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of working in the industry (creative agencies, intermediaries). Network agency experience is a bonus, but not required.
  • Proven organisational skills and work in an agile and accommodating way.
  • Ability to drive internal engagement and promote new business within the agency.
