About the Role

Cluttons LLP is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate advisory sector.

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for building relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement business plans, and will be responsible for managing and maintaining our CRM system to track and analyze business opportunities.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director who is passionate about the real estate advisory sector and has a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate advisory sector
  • Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system to track and analyze business opportunities
  • Work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement business plans

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the real estate advisory sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
