Job Title: New Business Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Business Director to join our dynamic team at LAW CHOICE RECRUITMENT.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient onboarding of new clients, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

This is a management role, requiring the ability to train and develop a team of Senior Analysts and Analysts, including conducting performance appraisals and managing day-to-day operations.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3+ years' relevant law firm experience and have experience in training and developing others.

Key Responsibilities:
