About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Account Manager to join our team at Novus Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and growing new business opportunities in the foodservice sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of existing accounts and development of new business opportunities
  • Development of commercial plans for each customer
  • Collaboration with New Product Development and Business Development teams
  • Regular updates with the Head of Sales on commercial progress
  • Building strong relationships with customers and acting on feedback

Requirements:

  • Foodservice commercial experience with strong account management skills
  • Existing network in the foodservice sector
  • Strong relationship skills and credibility to grow current accounts
  • Ambitious and resilient with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to devise trends and themes
