Our client is a well-established independent pharmacy based in Reading, seeking a skilled pharmacist to provide exceptional customer care and services.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient-centered care and advice, ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.
  • Oversee the effective dispensing of medication, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain pharmaceutical stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical legislation, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Participate in continual professional development, staying current with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice.
  • Drive healthcare initiatives within the local community, promoting health awareness and education.
  • Support the pharmacy team and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Pharmacy, with current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer care.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
