About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy support to designated ward(s) and participating in the pharmacy departmental rota. You will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver a consistently high-quality clinical pharmacy service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services across community and mental health inpatient wards
  • Provide clinical pharmacy support to designated ward(s)
  • Participate in the pharmacy departmental rota
  • Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team
Requirements
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacist
  • Postgraduate clinical qualification and hospital experience
  • Flexible approach to work in order to meet the developing needs of the pharmacy service
