**Job Title:** Pharmacist Prescriber

**Company Overview:** Compass Associates is a leading recruitment agency partnering with a major medical cannabis provider to find a skilled Pharmacist Prescriber to join their team in Reading.

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced Pharmacist to work within our client's on-site pharmacy, providing exceptional patient care and support. As a Pharmacist Prescriber, you will be responsible for working with patients from initial eligibility appointments to the implementation and assessment of care, ensuring a high standard of treatment is provided.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide pharmaceutical guidance and support to patients
* Prescribe repeat prescription requests
* Work closely with patients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless patient care
