Pharmacist Prescriber Opportunity

We are working with a leading Medical Cannabis company to find a skilled Pharmacist Prescriber to join their team in Reading.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique blend of clinical expertise and pharmaceutical guidance. As a Pharmacist Prescriber, you will work closely with patients to provide high-quality care and support throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing medicines information and pharmaceutical advice to patients
  • Prescribing repeat prescription requests
  • Supporting patients with their initial eligibility appointments and ongoing care

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to excellence in their work. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and expanding company in the medical cannabis industry.

Requirements:
