**Job Title:** Pharmacist Prescriber - Hybrid

**Location:** Reading, with flexibility to commute from surrounding areas

**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacist Prescriber - Hybrid. As a key member of our on-site pharmacy team, you will work closely with patients to provide high-quality care and support. Your clinical knowledge and experience will be instrumental in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide pharmaceutical guidance and advice to patients
* Prescribe repeat prescription requests
* Support patients with medicines information
* Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless patient care
