About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IDVA to join our team. As a Senior IDVA, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to victims of domestic and sexual abuse, working closely with other agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing emotional support and guidance to achieve a positive outcome.
  • Lead a team of IDVAs, managing referrals and being the link person between management and IDVAs.
  • Work closely with other charities and agencies to provide a comprehensive support service.
  • Complete administrative duties, including data entry and reporting.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working with victims of domestic and sexual abuse.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
