Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the gym are clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, actively seeking feedback and making improvements to enhance the member experience.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record all cleaning duties and tasks on relevant checklists to maintain company standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to COSHH regulations, ensuring the correct use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Part-Time Hours: Work a variety of part-time hours, mainly evenings, to meet the needs of our gym.

Requirements:

  • Hard Work and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and colleagues.
