We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Relief Shop Manager. As a key member of our shop network, you will be responsible for providing continuous cover and support to our shops, as well as working on specific projects as required.
Key Responsibilities- Shop Management: Effectively and efficiently manage the shop and all its resources in accordance with our guidance and instruction.
- Sales and Profitability: Maximise the sales and profitability of the shop through effective merchandising, pricing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Team Development: Manage and develop a team of shop volunteers, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
