The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Clinical Business Management team as a Business Management Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting incoming requests from clients into business instructions, analyzing client needs, and matching them with the expertise and availability of our expert witnesses.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team. They will be able to prioritize their workload, manage multiple tasks, and maintain effective relationships with clients and experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and experts regarding new enquiries, expert availability, and case instructions
  • Analyze client needs and match them with the expertise and availability of our expert witnesses
  • Prepare fee estimates and communicate with clients and experts regarding case instructions
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and experts
  • Document all case communications in accordance with company policy
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
