Electrical Works Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Works Coordinator to join our team at Streamline Search. As an Electrical Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily scheduling tasks for a team of operatives, ensuring timely completion of repairs while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize a high volume of orders, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company policies.
Liaise with clients, operatives, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues or complaints.
Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests received via phone and email.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar scheduling or planning role within the maintenance or construction sector.
Excellent telephone manner.
Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of ~£25,000-£30,000 (depending on experience).
20 days holiday + bank holidays.
